INTERVIEW:
*The art therapy group is for people above the age of 18 years old. It is suitable both for stress release after work and for people who wish to work on themselves. During the therapeutic process, topics such as: motivation, emotions, emotion regulation, self-awareness, working with the complexes, fears and limitations of the personality and more will be covered. Used techniques: drawing, reading books, movies watching , group discussion, testing, situational play.
